Fuel Injector Cleaner

Effective and easy to use tool for gasoline fuel injectors cleaning in ultra-sonic tank

Why is fuel injector cleaning required?
The main reason is the deposits that accumulate on the injector tip, and it can get progressively worse. When an engine is first shut off after a long use, it is still very hot. This is the time the deposits are formed. When the engine is shut off the circulation of the coolant stops and at the same time, engine temperature rises for a while, till the outside air begins to cool it off. The little fuel remaining on the injector tip bakes and the more volatile liquid component evaporates away which leaves the solid portion of the fuel behind on the injector tip. This porous mass of fuel and oil deposit consolidates on the injector and the process is known as Coking. The process of coking only occurs in the heat soak period and is not seen while the engine is running. Obviously, the fuel injector functioning is hampered by these deposits and that's when we need fuel injector cleaners.

How to Clean Fuel Injectors?
There are several ways of cleaning fuel injectors. The simplest method, with the highest effectiveness is the method of manually cleaning the injectors by removing them from the car. This Off-the-Car method also has the advantage of testing the injector flow patterns and rates before and after cleaning to confirm the effectiveness of the cleaning process. While this method may be more expensive and time consuming, it also can be the best fuel injector cleaning process.

Injector Cleaner
Ditex Injector Cleaner station is specially designed and tested as very effective and easy to use tool for cleaning of all types gasoline injectors. With this cleaning tool, you can restore all types of gasoline fuel injectors to like-new condition for a fraction of the cost of a new injector.

The cleaning process with this Injector Cleaner allows to reverse the injectors usual flow so that any carbon build up is dispersed out the top of the injector and not though the pintle in-self. This ensures that all foreign particles are removed from the injector pintle and bore. At the whole time the moving part of the injector pintle is bombarded with ultrasonic sound waves whilst the injector is pulsed at to 6000 rpm engine speed.

The injectors are installed into the ultra-sonic cleaning tank which contains a special cleaning solution formulated specifically for electronic fuel injectors. Here the injectors are pulsed at varying pulse widths while being subjected to ultra-sonic waves that break up and dissolve debris that has collected on the outside and inside of the injector outlet. This process is performed for a minimum of 30 minutes depending upon the condition of the injectors.
